2. Product Authenticity
We import shungite products from Russia and certify their authenticity in New Zealand. We take great care in ensuring that the products we offer are authentic shungite and of the highest quality.
3. Orders and Payments
You can place orders for our products through our website.
We accept payment through Bank Deposit, Stripe, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Afterpay.
All prices are in NZD.
4. Shipping
We ship within New Zealand only and offer flat-rate shipping. Shipping costs will be specified at checkout and are subject to change.
Please allow 2-3 Business days for Urban Delivery and 4-5 Business days for Rural Delivery.
All items are dispatched the same day or the next Business day.
We ship to NZ PO Boxes and Private Bags
Standard Shipping is free in New Zealand for all orders over $150.
5. Returns and Refunds
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it.
Damaged items are replaced at no extra cost. For more information, please see our Refund Policy.
