WHERE IS YOUR SHUNGITE FROM ?
All of our Shungite is sourced directly from authorised extractors working at the Zazhoginskoye Deposit located in Keralia, Russia. Once in New Zealand we individually certify every piece as Genuine to provide our guarantee to you that the Shungite your purchase from Certified Shungite is genuine and of high quality.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept NZ Bank Direct Deposits, Stripe and Paypal. You may also take advantage of our partnership with Afterpay at checkout. Please see Afterypay.com for Full terms and conditions.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We can deliver to anywhere in New Zealand's main islands. Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or islands through our standard courier service. Please contact us directly and we will advise postage costs. Standard Postage is a flat cost $9.25. All parcels are sent tracked by courier. Standard delivery times are 2-3 days Urban and 3-5 days for Rural.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED?
In the very unlikely event an item arrives damaged. Then we will replace the goods upon return of the damaged items. We ask that you retain all packaging and notify us as soon as possible.
